Kelly Tribble
Hey there! I’m Kelly Tribble, proud Vibe Counselor and Innovator of NextGen Synergy. Originally from the western suburbs of Chicago, born into a very large and loving Irish/Italian family, where the foundation of life, love, and the importance of laughter was emphasized daily. I was raised by two very loving and ambitious parents, with careers in nursing and construction development, whom I can credit my desires to “pay it forward” and use my creative flair.

Philanthropy, extracurriculars, and athletics were quickly instilled in my two siblings and I at young ages, which continues today.
Vibe Counselor
Growing up in a traditional family, higher education was expected. I hand picked Bradley
University to pursue Sports Medicine/Physical Therapy. In a plot twist, I graduated with a
degree in Social Work instead, one of my love languages. Knowing I was destined to guide at-risk youth, I continued on to earn my graduate degree in School Social Work and dove in to my career immediately, excited to be a change agent for our youth. My tenure in the Chicago-land area lasted nearly a decade before I moved to Las Vegas to reunite with my immediate family, where I have continued my tenure as a School Social Worker, within Clark County School District (CCSD). I was honored to be able to join forces with my colleagues to establish our state organization, School Social Work Association of Nevada and I remain an ongoing member of the Wraparound Department of CCSD. I found my niche within the behavior school programs
and am proudly trying to eliminate "school to prison pipeline,” offering students opportunity to curb behavior for a safe and productive future, outside of the justice system. It is evident in my work that positive relationships are the driving force behind change and it’s the vibe I want to be a part of! This is my WHY behind my excitement for NextGen Synergy, whose mission is building a foundation of positivity and good vibes to pave the way for businesses to see their employees as individuals/humans first and foremost, build relationships, and work as a team to truly meet their goals.
My personal vibe includes the need to help others, live adventurously, fuel my energetic
personality and thrill-seeking soul. My passions include fitness, hiking, photography, beach vacations, motorcycles, exploring wine country, and my newest adventure of learning how to snowboard. No matter what I am doing or whom I am with I always make room for love and laughter. I’m honored you’ve visited us and are allowing NextGen Synergy to become part of your personal/professional journey! I hope to work with you, continue to explore my creative nature, make positive change, and celebrate your endeavors!
