Monica Mullin
Hello! My name is Monica Mullin, and I am Founder, Owner and Executive Vibe Developer of NextGen Synergy. I was born in Honduras, Central America, am a fluent Spanish Speaker and was raised in West Los Angeles, CA. I began my work experience in Financial Services with one of the largest banks in the United States in 2005. I elevated my experience in 2011 to focus on Proficiency Coaching & Development Certifications within the bank. I took a hands on approach to coaching and increasing employee retention in the newly assigned territories in which I managed and oversaw 25+ employees.

After starting a family in 2016, I decided to leave the big bank world and go to a smaller local mortgage lender to explore the retail mortgage market. But no matter where I've been, I have always made human connections and have been passionate in helping others succeed.
I am a fully licensed Loan Originator for the state of Nevada since 2017.
Over the years, I have worked hand in hand with thousands of clients and have made connections with people from all walks of life; business owners, colleagues, investors and next generation entrepreneurs to accomplish homeownership goals and financial strategies.
I am currently pursuing a degree in Bachelor of Science Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management.
In my free time, I enjoy traveling with my husband and two kids. I am a self-proclaimed foodie and love exploring the varying cuisines Las Vegas has to offer. I enjoy reading, and expanding my knowledge in international culture and arts.
