I have 20 plus years in the industry, where I worked for companies such as The Home Depot, Luxottica & Cirque du Soleil. Most recently my career led me to the local nonprofit sector creating HR practices & procuring grant funds.
 

My professional trajectory took a unique turn when I assumed the role of Vibe Engineer at NextGen Synergy, where I orchestrate the harmonious convergence of culture and innovation. With a keen eye for organizational dynamics and a knack for cultivating positive environments, I strive to infuse my workplace with an infectious energy that propels teams towards excellence.
 

Beyond the boardroom, I find solace and joy in the enchanting world of Disney, with a special affection for the eerie allure of the Haunted Mansion and the whimsical charm of Alice in Wonderland. Yet, amidst my various passions, nothing compares to the cherished moments spent with my loving family, comprising three amazing children and three loyal canine companions.
 

An enthusiast of musicals and theater, my heart finds joy in the euphoric strains of performance, especially when my daughter takes the stage, weaving dreams into reality every time she performs. The allure of the beach beckons my soul, offering sanctuary amidst the cool breeze & crashing waves.
 

Fueling my fiery spirit with the zest of spicy Mexican cuisine, my culinary adventures mirror my dynamic personality, never shying away from a flavorful challenge. And as the echoes of “Go Dodgers” ring through the stadium, I stand as a devoted fan to my team. “Take me out to the ball game”!
